I am a HUGE fan of Talbots, so love this post today. They fit well (I’m a petite-petite) and I think the quality is good. Many of their dresses, so pretty for spring/summer, have pockets and there’s a matching shrug for nearly anything. (The shrugs are nice with jeans and a T-shirt, too.) And their jeans are superb. I’m just very sad that the two closest Talbots stores have closed, so now I would have to travel 1.5 hrs. expressway to shop in house. Please, if you’re reading this, Talbots, bring back a store to the Lake Norman, North Carolina, area! And thanks Beth for all your posts!

I love Talbots! They are my go-to for jeans and cords, as the cut and styles (“barely boot” and straight leg) work perfectly for me. I also have several of the tee-shirts, blouses/shirts, sweaters. scarves, and jewellery, and a couple of skirts and dresses too. I never fail to receive compliments when I’m wearing something from Talbots.

Thank you Beth, I have enjoyed your style advice for 7 yrs . I have been a Talbots fan for 30 yrs . I am 5’2” , and shop their petite section. I have many of their blazers ( wool blends) that are at least 25 years . I also have some of their silk blouse that are 10 – 15 years old that I still wear and are just lovely. However some of my Talbots favorites are their Italian suiting pieces , their seasonless wool trousers , their silk scarves and their linen blazers,pants,dresses and shirts .

I love Talbots style and I signed up for newsletter. I have to say in photos. Your hair looks great Love that you embraced the silver grey. I grew mine out in 2020 and have never regretted it. I get asked once a week Who highlights your hair. I reply. Mother Nature did it all by herself.

I too love Talbots for their modern classic designs and variety of sizes. Sometimes I wear petite and sometimes misses (always petite for pants) . I can always count of a polished look from Talbots. Beth, you are a perfect model for Talbots!!

Thank you for the timely post on Talbots Spring Fashion. I do shop at Talbots but take exception to the comment about their dedication to women of all sizes. Talbots offers very few clothing items for Tall women – women 5’9 and taller.

Always turn to Talbots for seasonal updates. I know they’ll have something sparkly for Holiday, something Nautical for Spring, a stunner light weight pant for Summer and all my favorite colors for Fall. Shoes are my favorite. Have ballet cap toe flats from several years ago, have classic and quality boots that have lasted ages and now loving the quality sneakers! Keep it up!
