Cucumber Gin Fizz

Light, crisp, and garden-fresh—perfect for sipping on warm evenings.
Makes: 2 Cocktails

Ingredients:  

  • 4 oz gin
  • 8 –10 cucumber slices
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
  • Tonic water to top
  • Ice
  • Cucumber ribbons or lime wedges for garnish

Instructions: 

  • In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices, mint, and lime juice.
  • Add the gin and a generous handful of ice. Shake well.
  • Strain into two tall glasses filled with ice.
  • Top each with tonic water and gently stir.
  • Garnish with cucumber ribbons or lime wedges. Serve immediately.
