Cucumber Gin Fizz
Light, crisp, and garden-fresh—perfect for sipping on warm evenings.

Ingredients:

oz
gin

–10 cucumber slices
1
oz
fresh lime juice
8
–10 fresh mint leaves
Tonic water
to top
Ice
Cucumber ribbons or lime wedges
for garnish
Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices, mint, and lime juice.
Add the gin and a generous handful of ice. Shake well.
Strain into two tall glasses filled with ice.
Top each with tonic water and gently stir.
Garnish with cucumber ribbons or lime wedges. Serve immediately.
