Blueberry Mint Cooler
Light, herbaceous, and the perfect patio drink for a sunny afternoon.

Cocktails
Ingredients:
1
cup
blueberries
1/2
cup
mint leaves
2
tablespoons
lime juice
Ice
2
teaspoons
maple syrup
2
ounces
vodka
1
cup
seltzer
mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Place blueberries, mint, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, maple syrup, and vodka. Shake vigorously to blend.
Strain into highball glasses with ice. Top with seltzer water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
