Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Hendrick's gin
  • 1 oz Crème de Mûre French blackberry liqueur
  • 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 8 –10 fresh blackberries plus 2 for garnish
  • Ice for shaking
  • 2 lemon twists for garnish

Instructions:

  • Divide the fresh blackberries between two cocktail shakers (or muddle in batches). Muddle gently until the berries release their juice.

  • Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into chilled coupe glasses to catch the blackberry seeds and pulp.
  • Garnish each glass with a fresh blackberry and a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
