- 4 oz Hendrick's gin
- 1 oz Crème de Mûre French blackberry liqueur
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 8 –10 fresh blackberries plus 2 for garnish
- Ice for shaking
- 2 lemon twists for garnish
Divide the fresh blackberries between two cocktail shakers (or muddle in batches). Muddle gently until the berries release their juice.
Add the gin, Crème de Mûre, St-Germain, and fresh lime juice to each shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into chilled coupe glasses to catch the blackberry seeds and pulp.
Garnish each glass with a fresh blackberry and a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
