once the fourth of july rolls into town, i always think summer is half finished. to be certain the temps are just beginning to heat up, but it seems as if the summer days race by at breakneck speed after the fourth. and who doesn’t love a lazy summer day? especially when dresses and skirts and straw handbags are involved. although i do reach for my favorite pair of denim now and again. no matter what month or season a blazer and blue jeans always seem to work for me. one reason they are tried and true staples in my closet.

Great selections! I have had trouble seeing your new posts recently. Wonder why?
