if the occasion is a dinner party at home why not keep the event casual but chic. today’s ootd is all about understated elegance, and dining in. i started with a pair of striped silk pants as nothing is more refined than silk. i love the minty green color and the unexpected pop of black with the bow which gives it an expected hint of glam. i decided a casual sweater would be just the ticket and this one is made from linen with multi-colored beads sewn in. pearl earrings, a pair of heels, and i’m ready to greet my guests for a fun evening at home. scrabble anyone?
