i’ve joked before that a reader once asked me if i always wear a jacket. to which i replied, “sometimes i wear a sweater.” well, today’s ootd is me switching out to a cardigan. classic, and cool there’s something charming and timeless about a cardi. they are a staple in my closet, and i pull them out when i want to look casually chic. white denim is the perfect partner with my camel sweater, and what could be better than adding a pop of leopard with my belt and shoes? it always glams up an outfit . pearls are perfect to wear day or night so i’ve taken the liberty of adding them in generous proportions to my outfit. a great leather tote, and this is one outfit that’s in the books.

Love the pearls! I love the idea it’s cool enough somewhere that you can wear a cardigan outside. We’re melting in Dallas! We won’t see cardigan weather till November!
i lived in texas, twice. i remember thinking in october as i switched to shorts and tees with fall colors that it would never cool down! hang in there! sometimes i miss the heat…
