Makes 2 Cocktails
Ingredients
Scale
1 oz. Lillet Blanc or Lillet Rose
1 oz. St. Germain
1 oz. Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water combined)
1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
6 oz. Champagne
Instructions
Add ice to a shaker with all ingredients except champagne and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
