Makes 2 Cocktails


Ingredients

4 tsp. Granulated Sugar

1 tbsp. Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 cup Blanco Tequila

1/2 cup Fresh Satsuma Juice, substitute Mandarin Oranges if you can’t find Satsumas, plus more for rimming glass

2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice

2 tbsp. Light Agave Nectar

4 tbsp. Grapefruit Sparkling Water

Satsuma Slice, for garnish


Instructions

Stir together sugar, salt, and chili powder on a small plate. Dip rims of rocks glasses in satsuma juice and then sugar mixture; fill glasses two-thirds full with ice.

Fill cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice cubes; add tequila, satsuma juice, lime juice, and agave nectar. Cover and shake until mixed and thoroughly chilled, 15 to 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glasses; top with sparkling water. Garnish with a satsuma slice.
