Makes 2 Cocktails


4 oz. Bourbon

1.5 oz. Lemon Juice

8 Raspberries, plus more for garnish

1 oz. Simple Syrup

Ginger Ale to Top

Lemon Peel, for garnish


In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 8 raspberries with the lemon juice. Add the bourbon, simple syrup and ice to shaker and shake until very cold. Strain into ice-filled Collins glasses and top with ginger ale. Garnish with more berries and lemon peel
