Makes 1 Drink

We have added vodka to make this a cocktail. To keep it (mostly alcohol-fee) omit the vodka. There is a trace amount of alcohol in the bitters.

Scale

3 oz. Chilled club soda

1.5 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Simple syrup

1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 tsp. Angostura Bitters

Fill a rocks glass with ice and add 3 oz. chilled club soda.

Add vodka. Next, add simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice.

Float ½ tsp. Angostura bitters over and gently stir to create an ombré effect.
