fridays with oscar
hooray for friday! oscar and i are out and about early this morning. this will be the summertime routine i suspect. we are beating the heat. but there is something special and quiet about an early start to the day. there’s time to gather your thoughts and savor the solitude before life starts beating its drum. i hope you can catch a glimpse of my new sunnies. i’ve been enjoying my subscription to ditto.com where i can exchange my sunglasses for a new pair any time i want. endless eyewear. if you would like to try them on for size use code styleatacertainage for a one-month complimentary test run. the ones i have on today are exactly like a pair my mother wore to the pool all summer long back in the day. she also sported a white one-piece suit with burnout polka dots. she was all that, let me tell you. and you should have seen her tan line… my photographer zeroed in on the accessories today. oscar’s snazzy patent leather collar. and my cuff bracelet. even though i’m wearing summer neutrals you can’t miss my new pointy-toed flats. what’s not to love about navy and hot pink?! don’t you think they give this ootd just the sizzle it needs?
