fridays with oscar
it’s full blown summer here in georgia so fridays with oscar start early to beat the heat! today, we just did not have our act together. but we’ll survive. i always get a kick out of the photos where oscar and i are out of snyc. there are a few included today. although i have to point out the pic second from the last where oscar is in german shepherd mode. not certain what he caught a glimpse of as we’re headed for the coffee shop and not too many critters are around. as we tie up ‘what’s trending now’ i have on a super casual ootd that starts with a short-sleeve popover top. this will be seeing a lot of action this summer with athen’s high temps and even higher humidity. it’s cotton! need i say more? a striped tote with metallic handles compliments my sandals. only the bare minimum accessories today – bangles and hoops.
that’s a wrap, ladies! join me next week as we explore special occasion outfits. it’s the season for graduations, showers, weddings, oh, have i forgotten mother’s day? (i hope this mom is headed off to a spa for the day…)

Before I even read your commentary, I was thinking “she must get up pretty early in the morning for the sidewalks to be so empty!!”. Oscar says, Lets go the other way!

we do try to get our photo shoots in as early as possible. the lighting is good, and not a lot of foot traffic. oscar was not into posing today – that’s for sure!
