Ingredients
2 Can Oil-Packed Tuna, well-drained
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Chopped Pepperoncini Peppers
1 tbsp. Pepperoncini Brine
1 tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Garlic Clove, grated
1 cup Celery, sliced thinly
Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, pepperoncini and brine, sweet relish, sesame oil and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir with a fork, breaking up the tuna into small pieces.
Fold in the celery, then taste and add more salt, pepper, pepperoncini and pepperoncini brine to your taste. Serve on bread, croissant or with crackers.
