3-4 slices of Canned Peaches

Mint leaves

2 tbsp. Peach Syrup (from the can)

3 tbsp. Bourbon

Ice

Ginger Beer

Instructions

In each glass, muddle peach slices with mint. Pour in peach syrup and bourbon, stir and add ice. Top with ginger beer, gently stir and garnish with a mint sprig.
