Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Egg

Kosher Salt

Black Pepper

8 Bibb Lettuce Leaves

1/3 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

1/2 Ripe Avocado, sliced

1/4 Chopped Red Onion

Quartered Cherry Tomatoes


Instructions

Combine the mayo and feta, set aside. 

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the egg, mix lightly until the egg is incorporated.

Create 8 ½-inch thick burger patties and season with kosher salt and pepper. Grill or broil burgers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 160º F. 

Place each burger in a lettuce leaf and add a dollop of the feta mayo. Top with avocado slices, red onion, and tomatoes.
