1 1/2 oz. Green Tea Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Agave Syrup

8 Drops Soy Sauce

Sprinkle of Nutmeg, for garnish

Star Anise Pod, for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold, then strain over ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a star anise pod
