    I’ve lost 20 lbs. since August 2023 the old fashioned way — cutting out sugar, upping veggies, decreasing starches, portion control, increasing exercise 5X week, including strength training, and have gone from size 8P to 2P. Along with that comes the (darn) problem of having to buy new pants (some shirts still fine). Your tips are really good — thank you for today’s post.
