1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp agave syrup
5-6 fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries)
6-8 fresh mint leaves
3 oz club soda (or mineral water or tonic water)
Place the lime juice, agave syrup, raspberries, and mint into the bottom of a glass.
Carefully muddle the ingredients together. Crush the raspberries thoroughly and gently press on the mint leaves to release their flavor (try to not tear the mint leaves).
Add ice cubes into the glass.
Top with the soda of your choice (about 3 oz). Optional to stir the drink.
