Thanks for posting this, Beth! I love clothes (and you know I love your style) but I struggle with footwear. I have “problem feet,” which get worse with age, but I refuse to clog around in frumpy shoes. I’m also a hip replacement patient who’s been told to avoid wearing heels more than 2 and 1/2″ unless for a special occasion. So I do appreciate your sharing these beautiful Adrian Allen shoes, and I will be visiting the web site this morning!

Nice post about shoes but I am guessing the average person can’t afford these shoes. The ones you are wearing are beautiful but very expensive at $295.

everybody has a price point and budget they are comfortable with. quality products typically come with a higher price tag. years ago, my father taught me how to pro-rate and insisted i apply this technique to any and all purchases. when i faithfully listen to his sage advice it opens my eyes to the true value of ay given item.

I absolutely agree with you on value. No question about that, but I wish someone could make a shoe somewhat less expensive! Even those of us who cannot spend a large amount on an item of quality, still wish there was something in our price range that could also be comfortable. No criticism meant!

I wish they designed shoes that accommodated orthotics. They do have some lovely styles and no doubt they’re comfortable. I hate most of the styles that specifically accommodate orthotics … so if the Adrian Allen executives are following our comments I hope they see this. Lovely look Beth!

The shoes are very lovely! And they do look comfy. This is a good long, lean look. Keeps the long line to match the shoes to it all. Thanks for the introduction to Adrian Allen.
