- 4 tbsps. Lemongrass paste
- 1 tsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 cup premium sake
- 3 oz. freshly squeezed pink or ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon twist for garnish
Muddle together in the bottom of a cocktail shaker sugar, lemongrass paste, and grated ginger. Pour in vodka and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Add sake, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and plenty of ice. Shake well, until very cold. Double-strain into an ice-filled glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
