St. Germain Cocktail
A light and refreshing classic French Champagne cocktail
Makes: 2 Cocktails
Ingredients:
- 3 oz St. Germain
- 4 oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Lemon garnish
Instructions:
- Combine St. Germain, champagne, and soda water in a Collins glass, stir gently, and garnish with lemon. For a true Royale, serve in a champagne flute and nix the sparkling water.
