Spooky Charcuterie Board

This playful yet elegant board is all about contrast — a mix of dark, moody tones and bright seasonal pops.

Ingredients:  

  • Assorted cheeses sharp cheddar, brie, gouda
  • Charcuterie meats salami, prosciutto, peppered turkey
  • Blackberries grapes, and dried apricots
  • Dark chocolate squares and candy corn for sweetness
  • Pumpkin-shaped crackers or baguette slices
  • Mini pumpkins and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Arrange cheeses and meats on a marble, wood, or slate board.
  • Add fruits and sweets in clusters for color balance.
  • Fill gaps with crackers and garnish with small pumpkins or rosemary.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before guests arrive.
