1ozfresh lemon juice
1ozpomegranate molasses
4ozProseccochilled

Instructions:
Chill your glasses: Place two coupe or champagne flutes in the freezer for a few minutes before serving.
Combine base ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses.
Shake vigorously: Shake for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain: Divide the mixture evenly between the two chilled glasses.
Top with bubbles: Gently pour Prosecco into each glass.
