Peach & Prosciutto Skewers
A sweet-and-savory bite-sized dish that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
2
–3 ripe peaches
sliced into thin wedges
8
oz
mozzarella balls
bocconcini or ciliegine
6
–8 slices prosciutto
cut in half lengthwise and folded
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze
for drizzling
Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions:
On each skewer, alternate a peach slice, a folded piece of prosciutto, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tips/Notes
Tip: Assemble just before serving to keep the basil fresh and the prosciutto from drying out.
