Peach & Prosciutto Skewers

A sweet-and-savory bite-sized dish that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients:  

  • 2 –3 ripe peaches sliced into thin wedges
  • 8 oz mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 6 –8 slices prosciutto cut in half lengthwise and folded
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Small wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions: 

  • On each skewer, alternate a peach slice, a folded piece of prosciutto, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Tips/Notes

Tip: Assemble just before serving to keep the basil fresh and the prosciutto from drying out.
