Peach Bourbon Smash

Bold, juicy, and a little Southern—this cocktail feels like summer in a glass.
Makes: 2 Cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh peach sliced
  • 4 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup optional, depending on the sweetness of the peach
  • Club soda to top
  • Ice
  • Extra mint sprig and peach slice for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the peach slices, mint leaves, lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using).
  • Add bourbon and ice. Shake well (or stir vigorously).
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a peach slice.

Tips/Notes

Mocktail Version: Skip the bourbon and use peach juice or iced tea in its place—still refreshing and full of flavor.
