- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 container 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Toothpicks or small skewers
On each skewer, layer one tomato, one mozzarella pearl, and one small basil leaf.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Optional: sprinkle with a touch of flaky sea salt or cracked black pepper.
