Mini Caprese Skewers

An easy, no-cook appetizer featuring tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 container 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions: 

  • On each skewer, layer one tomato, one mozzarella pearl, and one small basil leaf.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
  • Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Optional: sprinkle with a touch of flaky sea salt or cracked black pepper.
