- 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar optional, based on melon sweetness
- Fresh mint leaves 5–6 per drink
- Club soda
- Ice
In a shaker or glass, muddle melon cubes, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar until well combined.
Add rum and a handful of ice, then shake (or stir well if using a glass).
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with extra mint and a melon wedge or lime slice.
