- 4 oz bourbon
- 1 oz pure maple syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters optional
- Ice
- 2 orange peels for garnish
- 2 cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
In a mixing glass, stir together the bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into 2 rocks glasses over large ice cubes.
Express orange peels over each glass, rub around the rims, and drop them in.
Garnish each with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
