Ingredients:
4ozJameson Irish Whiskey
6–8 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
1ozfresh lemon juice
Ice
Fresh mint sprigsfor garnish
Lemon wheelsfor garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Fill two copper mule mugs with ice.
Pour 2 oz of Jameson into each mug.
Add ½ oz of fresh lemon juice to each.
Top with 3–4 oz of Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel if you like, and serve immediately.
