Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place the prepared flatbread dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Par-bake the dough for about 5 minutes, just until it puffs.
Grill the peach slices on a heated and oiled grill pan until they have nice grill marks on both sides.
On the flatbread dough, spread pesto, shredded mozzarella, grilled peaches, and red onion.
Place in the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with a drizzle of hot honey and fresh basil.
