- 4 oz bourbon
- 6 oz fresh apple cider
- 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 oz simple syrup or maple syrup
- 3 –4 fresh apple slices
- 3 –4 fresh thyme sprigs plus extra for garnish
- Crushed ice
In a cocktail shaker, muddle apple slices and thyme with simple syrup.
Add bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into glasses filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of thyme.
