We add Cognac and Bourbon to create an adult version of the Classic Italian dessert drink.

Ingredients:
2oz.brewed espressoor coffee
1oz.Bourbon
1/2oz.Cognac
1large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
Combine espresso, Cognac, and bourbon in a small measuring cup. Scoop ice cream into a small bowl (or fairly shallow coffee mug) and pour the espresso mixture over the top.
