Aperol Spritz

The classic Italian aperitivo — bittersweet, bubbly, and endlessly sippable. Three ingredients, one perfect ratio, and spring happy hour in a glass.
Makes: 2 Cocktails
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients:  

  • 6 oz Prosecco
  • 4 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • 2 orange slices for garnish
  • 2 green olives for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Fill two large wine glasses with ice.
  • Pour 3 oz Prosecco into each glass.
  • Add 2 oz Aperol to each glass.
  • Top each with 1 oz club soda and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a green olive. Serve immediately.
