- 1 small wheel of brie 8 oz
- ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce or fresh cranberries cooked down
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
- Crackers crostini, or apple slices for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the brie in a small cast-iron skillet or on parchment paper.
Top with cranberry sauce, rosemary, and honey.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
Serve warm with crackers or apple slices.
