🧀 Warm Baked Brie with Cranberries & Rosemary

The mix of tangy cranberries, savory rosemary, and honey-drizzled brie is the definition of cozy indulgence.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 small wheel of brie 8 oz
  • ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce or fresh cranberries cooked down
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
  • Crackers crostini, or apple slices for serving

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place the brie in a small cast-iron skillet or on parchment paper.
  • Top with cranberry sauce, rosemary, and honey.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  • Serve warm with crackers or apple slices.
