1 oz. Simple Syrup

2 oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

4 oz. Tequila

1 Egg White

Instructions

Add jalapeños and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Then add lime juice, pineapple juice, tequila and egg white. Dry shake and then add ice and shake again. Double strain into coupe glasses and garnish with a lime wheel.
