Ingredients

1/2 cup Dry Gin

4 tbsp. Lillet Rosé

3 tbsp. Pamplemousse Liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Grapefruit Twist, garnish

Instructions

Stir all ingredients (except the twist) in a mixing glass filled with ice for at least 40 seconds. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
