I’m smiling, because I just made some little muffin pan spinach/artichoke/onion quiches that also use hashbrowns as a crust. So good! Yours looks great! I have a skirt like your pants, with the ponte along the sides like that, and I love it–slimming but so comfy. You look fabulous! And your place looks great. My artist friend in Newfoundland does boats like your painting often–love it! Have a fabulous weekend. Your place looks great and you’re home to enjoy it!

Canadians never call it Canadian bacon. It’s back bacon to us. 😀

You’ve inspired me with your recipes and chic look! I’d
like to try and make that lovely looking quiche. Did you chop or cut the slices into strips?
Thanks Beth for such an enjoyable blog!

Too funny–I made little muffin pan “quiches,” (only with spinach, artichoke, mushroom, and cheese,) in a hash brown crust this week. They were delicious. Yours looks fabulous. And so does your place. Happy weekend.

Hello Beth- I am new to your website and love it! Would you be so kind to share where you purchased the beautiful painting in this post? It is the painting above your fireplace with the 2 rowboats. Thank you!
