The banana date smoothie is a healthy all natural energy drink


Ingredients

  • 34 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder or collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

Pour into a blender and mix until well blended.
