Beautiful dresses! I am particularly drawn to the skirt on the more formal dress. You look fabulous in both…truly magical… xoxo

  2. Cathy V says:

These are both gorgeous dresses and you look so elegant and beautiful in them! Makes me want to buy them now even though my sons are still in their teens and marriage is a long way off! ☺️You are stunning!

    • beth djalali says:

hi cathy! thanks so much for stopping by. i loved both dresses even though they were so different from each other. and i have to share they were equally as comfortable to wear. this post was so much fun to put together. and i’m happy to hear you enjoyed it.
      xoxo

  3. After being the MOB twice…years ago…I am looking forward to enjoying the MOG spot when the time comes for our baby, the only boy. How dapper he will look in a tux…he has got the rugged, yet boyish Paul Newman look. As in all our choices, having a plan, working it and then moving on with confidence is refreshing. You look lovely and I bet you too are looking forward to some MOG days! -Laurel

can’t wait until one of my sons ties the knot! not only will it be a happy occasion, but there will be another female added to our roster! sounds like you are looking forward to that day too!

Absolutely inloved with the second dress. So fancy and chic.

    • beth djalali says:

isn’t this silver dress divine, maria? and it moves beautifully. what a fun post to put together! and i can’t wait for one of my children to tie the knot so i can slip into a beautiful dress for the occasion.

Very pretty–each look is lovely. I have a wedding and dress rehearsal I’ll be heading to soon–I got a few dresses that I just love–c’mon, more people–get married so I can wear these more often! 😉

I like your hair, too. Enjoy!

    • beth djalali says:

sue, i was excited to see tea length gowns with a high/low hem were back! i distinctly remember playing barbies as a young girl and she had a dress just like this.
well, at least you have one wedding to attend. there’s nothing like a june bride and happy occasion.

  6. Amy Johnson says:

Fabulous post! Great tips! I love both dresses, but the second is my favorite. Your hair looks fabulous too!

    • beth djalali says:

hi amy! mr. style loves my hair like this, too. and i agree with you, the tea length gown is divine. once you slip it on you know you’re headed to a special event.
      xoxo

  7. Terry Cornelius Corley says:

The second dress is EVERYTHING! You look so elegant in both. Hoping to have my second/last MOB “job” in the next year. Did you give us a little hint that you may be in MOG business before long?

    • beth djalali says:

hi terry! unfortunately, no engagements here at the djalali house. but i’m certain we will have a wedding sooner rather than later! i can’t wait.
      xoxo
