Like the new ‘do, and the reds are my favorite–a true/tomato red. I have those shoes, too, and expect to get a lot of wear out of them. I’m also thrilled that the temps have gotten a bit cooler, here, too–(I keep hoping maybe if the temps cool down, the hurricanes will lose strength if the waters aren’t so steamy.) One can hope…

thanks, sweet friend! no one is more relieved than me that my long search for a fab stylist is over. looks like we dodged the hurricane bullet this far north. but it will be rain and more rain for a few days… but poor florida! and of course we can’t forget texas. the clean up will take months so i hope the media will remind us from time to time. but it looks as though this hurricane season might be one for the record books.

    Here’s to A-line skirts!

    Love the hair.

Great outfit! I buy a lot from Talbots, but seldom skirts and dresses (unless they’re maxi or midi) because they’re always too short. That’s my only frustration with them–no tall sizing! I’m 5’9″ and above the knee is not doable for me at this age. You are so fortunate to have great gams and can easily pull off a shorter length, but not moi. My younger self could rock a mini skirt in the day, but those days are sadly over.

i wish more brands catered to ‘tall’ women. i am lucky enough to just skirt that dilemma but know exactly what you mean. i know banana republic offers ‘tall’ for pants but nothing as far as skirts and dresses. just curious as to where you shop?

  4. And again, you have inspired me Beth! You are really my style guru:). I have a very similar skirt, so thx a lot for some new ideas! Have a grea tday, Renata xo

Love putting the graphic tee w/ the skirt, jean jacket and cross body. That outfit might look good with white deck shoes or maybe even high tops.. but probably not. Haha
