when you wear a pattern as cheerful as a polka dot, it’s hard not to have a spring to your step. sometimes, a pattern play is all you need to pump up your outfit, especially if your color scheme has shifted into neutral.
today’s ootd is all about subtle details like a patterned popover, frayed denim, and a long knit vest. but notice the wide belt with a gleaming silver buckle. this one addition is what sets this outfit apart.

silver bangles complement the hardware on the belt. snakeskin pointy-toed slingbacks add texture and give balance as the eye is drawn all the way down to my tootsies and my frayed hem jeans.
some days, all you need is a great pair of denim and a few key accessories to step out the door looking pulled together. happy thursday, ladies!
