for whatever reason, the gap family has always been a go-to destination for me for jeans in particular. as a matter of fact, mr. style loves gap skinny jeans. so it came as no surprise that the newest edition of rock star jeans that hit the stores only a few short days ago had an overwhelmingly positive response. and i know why!
the fit is ultra flattering as they hug every curve. but there’s enough stretch to the fabric that it isn’t constricting. amen! there’s nothing worse than denim that has little or no give.
these jeans were so fab that i bought two pairs. one in gray that’s featured in today’s ootd. the other pair is dark rinse that i can’t wait to wear.
it was date night with mr. style tonight so i threw on a long linen duster similar here and leopard pumps similar here for a little extra pizazz. to give the ootd a modern edge i chose a hiptini clutch with a chain strap. don’t you love a hands-free handbag? they’re the perfect accessory for cocktail hour.
a bold lip is a must when i’m out and about with my main squeeze. this shade is shockaholic by smashbox that’s the perfect shade of pink. it just might match these gorgeous roses i strolled by on my way to dinner.
that’s a wrap ladies! another outfit is officially in the books! and another date is about to commence. all-in-all i’d say that’s a nice way to bid adieu.
Seriously, you make these jeans. YOu are the rockstar! Do they run true to size? What do they look like without the long sweater (which is fab btw). I want to get the gray ones.
i seriously love these jeans! they run true to size, and really help sculpt your booty. i think you should run out and try a pair on ASAP.

I agree about the cardigan especially… and I am going to look up these jeans for a fit. Since I lost weight I’m having a devil of a time finding pants that fit well.
I just went to Old Navy. I have such a difficult time finding jeans to fit, regardless of price! I bought 5 pairs of the Rocket Star jeggings in different hues (including black). They were 30% off and the best fit ever!! Oh, and for me they were no true to size. I generally wear a 6 everywhere else but a 10 in these fit. The numbers are never important!

This is a wonderful, slimming look on you! Love your hair, too! I LOOOVE Gap jeans, too! I don’t believe in spending a lot on jeans, and Gap ones go on sale every once in a while…I scoop them up!
